These abstract paintings emerged from my need to use up every last drop of paint. Not wanting anything to go to waste, or end up in my septic system, each canvas becomes a spontaneous playground of color, blending and layering the leftover hues into something unexpected, driven by the limits of what is left on my palette after my deliberate work is complete . Shades that might have otherwise gone to waste, transform into expressive and energetic patterns, each telling a story of creative freedom intuitively rendered. The interplay of colors creates a sense of depth and movement, inviting viewers to explore the intricate details born from a playful engagement with the materials. These works celebrate not just the beauty of color, but also the idea that even the remnants of a palette can lead to unexpected and captivating art.
